By using DavPlay you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the service

DavPlay is only a media player. It does not provide, host, transmit, distribute or sell any content, channel, movie, series or signal. It includes no preloaded playlist, server or content source.

2. Requirements

To play content, the user manually enters the access details of their own service, subscribed with a third party unrelated to DavPlay. Without them, the app plays nothing.

3. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the service they use and for compliance with applicable laws. DavPlay does not verify or control third-party content.

4. No affiliation

DavPlay has no relationship or agreement with any content provider and gains no benefit from the content the user plays.

5. Intellectual property

Third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners. DavPlay claims no rights over them.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is, with no warranty over third-party services. The developer is not responsible for third-party content or misuse of the app.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. DavPlay is a Mexican product.
